We currently have a vacancy for a Director of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our delivery models to ensure the highest quality support provision and impact as well as reflecting National priorities around mental health, disability and inclusion. As part of the Senior Management Team you will lead the operational strategy with a key focus on increasing the number of services on offer whilst ensuring that our existing services are in line with the requirements needed to attain Outstanding CQC reports. Working closely with the CEO and Board you will also build credible networks that support growth and sustainability; embed effective ways of working that support the organisation’s vision and values and strengthen the charity’s reputation.
