Corona Virus Update

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
The Expect Group’s priority is the safety of its service users, staff and visitors to our services and we want to reassure you that whilst we are doing our very best to keep life in our services as normal as possible we are also planning for a wide range of eventualities that are linked to the COVID-19 outbreak. We have taken the decision to only have essential visits to our residential services for the next few weeks and we are encouraging the friends and families of service users in our supported living services to limit their visits for instances that they deem to be essential.

GUIDANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CONSIDERING VISITING OUR SERVICES
• Please consider whether or not your visit is absolutely necessary and if a visit could be replaced with a phone call or video call
• Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell
• Please do not visit if you have been to an affected area
• If you do visit please ensure that you wash your hands thoroughly before travelling to the service and wash then again upon your arrival, as well as using the hand sanitisers by the front door
