Parent Mental Health Day aims to encourage understanding and raise awareness of the importance of parents mental health and the impact it can have on the whole family.
This year’s theme is ‘Balance’ and aims to get parents and carers to take a moment to think about ways that they can take positive steps to improve the balance they have in their lives.
This year, on Parent Mental health Day, we would like to take a moment to shine a light on all of the parents and carers who have had to deal with the many changes of circumstances that the Covid-19 pandemic has dealt them. We hope they are able to take some time to focus on themselves and find ways to make the, now somewhat regular, changes in circumstances a little easier to manage.
