Pauline’s Day Out

Expect service user Pauline recently enjoyed a brilliant day out to West Kirby Beach.

Pauline was  supported by Expect staff member Abigail, who assisted her in preparation for the adventure. A packed lunch was also prepared  for the day.

After getting the bus to Liverpool City Centre a second bus then took them to West Kirby Beach.

Abigail says; ‘Pauline enjoyed the bus ride, she was vocalising her  enjoyment all the way to and from West Kirby. At the beach Pauline  loved the feel  of the gentle breeze on her face whilst strolling along.’

After enjoying  lunch on the promenade, Pauline watched some activities taking place on the beach and in the water.

Pauline is looking forward to getting out again as much as possible during the summer.
