Our latest reports from Access Ava show our most recent analytics of how the service is working for and interacting with our audience who are engaging with the chat bot. Over 30 conversations have been had to date, with those using the service giving us a user experience score of 2.8 out of 3, which is the current joint highest of all of Access Ava’s charity and community partners.’
