Our first ‘Mindful Step’ Walking Project began this week at our Bowersdale Resource Centre (BRC). The walking group will enjoy a 12 week programme to get everyone one and about. As you can see from the picture and video- it has proven popular.

Recently, Staff supported Service User Charlie on an overnight trip to Chester . Charlie is a regular visitor to Chester but said it looked so different at night especially with the Christmas markets there and all lit up. Clare received one of a number of laptops donated to Expect Ltd by Utilize PLC https://www.utilize.co.uk/ and Gilbert McHarg late last year.
